Beach Checklist

Checklists are a good habit to get into when you prepare for an outing. Print them out, make your own additions, and maybe you can avoid that, "Oh, no, I forgot..." scenario.


Camp kitchen or cooking station
Picnic or dining table
Comfortable folding chairs
Grill or cook stove
Fire-starter (cotton rolls soaked in melted wax or any material containing paraffin)
Long-nosed butane lighter
Cooking and eating utensils
Grill basket
Skewers
Plates, cups, bowls
Tablecloths
Tablecloth clamps
Napkins, paper towels
Food covers or large lids for serving dishes
Cooler(s) with ice
Lighting (table lamps, candles, lanterns, torches that stake into the ground)
Outdoor fireplace
Firewood
Sunscreen - use a high SPF for optimum protection
Insect repellent (spray, citronella, electric zapper)
Outdoor games
